Now, admit it. A lawyer’s web site couldn’t be complete without a few mixed disclaimers and legalese. So, here goes:

Although we try to provide quality information in this site, we make no claims as to the completeness, accuracy, or adequacy of this site or its associated Web links. Legal advice must be tailored to the needs of the individual. No web site is a substitute for the advice of competent counsel. The review of this site, and the sending and receiving of e-mail, do not (in and of themselves) establish an attorney-client relationship. E-mail without privacy protection MAY NOT be sufficiently secure; for matters requiring privacy, you should contact us or the counsel of your choice by snail-mail or telephone. This site is NOT a substitute for competent counsel on your individual needs. Under Rules promulgated by the Ohio Supreme Court, please be aware that 1) We are not able to claim “specialization” in the areas of law that we list on this site (although we will be happy to discuss specific experiences with you in each area); and 2) We are not able to offer you a “guarantee” of results (although we candidly share our appraisal of the merits of a case with our clients).
