Rob Croskery, an experienced and successful litigator, has represented numerous small to medium sized businesses as their general counsel.  Croskery Law Offices takes pride in helping businesses with high ideals and standards of conduct in succeeding under today’s challenging conditions. His experiences as a Plaintiff’s attorney give him valuable insights into resolving difficult situations.

Rob has years of experience at United States Special Operations Command, the lead defense agency fighting the War on Terrorism, as the Executive Agreements Officer.  He  has negotiated numerous strategic and international agreements affecting national security.  His military background provides him unique insights to assist businesses.  He is married to his partner, Melinda Knisley, who has kept the law practice running through his years of active duty fighting global terrorism

Rob has championed the causes cases of victims of sexual abuse and sexual harassment by trying these extraordinarily tough cases, requiring great sensitivity and care, to jury verdict.   He has served as a spokesperson for the causes of his clients in the regional and national media on over forty occasions.  He has appeared on several nationally syndicated radio programs, Court TV, Pros and Cons, and been quoted in the Wall Street Journal.

A proven litigator who has championed clients in Court for well over a decade, Rob is admitted to the bar in Ohio, Florida, Kentucky, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio and the Middle District of Florida, and the Sixth Circuit United States Court  of Appeals. Rob was a former Active Duty U.S. Army Officer (Infantry, Special Operations) who was educated at the United States Military Academy at West Point and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. During the course of his practice, Rob has represented hundreds of clients and litigated dozens of cases to conclusion or settlement, obtaining multiple six-figure plus verdicts and settlements. For the past few years, much of Rob’s time has been spent as an activated reserve Army officer, a Lieutenant Colonel serving United States Special Operations Command.  Rob has been decorated as the project officer selected to produce a Combat Convoy protection project, and as the producer of the Tampa Army Ball (featuring Florida Governor Charlie Crist).  Rob has traveled overseas multiple times in conjunction with his duties. In both of his careers, he strongly believes in fighting for justice.

HONORS, AWARDS, MEMBERSHIPS
Rob Croskery is a member of the Order of the Coif, an honor given for scholastic excellence, and the Order of Barristers, an honor given for excellence in advocacy. He has served on the National Board of Operation Integrity, and the International Board of the World Alliance of Magicians. Rob is a member of the Rotary Club of Cincinnati and Rotary International, a member of the West Point Society of Cincinnati, the U.S. Army Reserve Officer Association, the United States Special Operations Association, and has been a magician member of the Academy of Magical Arts (the Hollywood Magic Castle).   In law school, Rob was the recipient of eight American Jurisprudence Awards (given to the outstanding student in each subject). Rob has served as Scoutmaster of two scout troops, and as a merit badge counselor to over two hundred scouts.
